INSPECTION PENETRANTS
Inspection Penetrants are a safe, sure
fast, easy sensitive low-cost way to find hidden defects in and on
metal. Penetrants are widely used for
NDT (non
destructive testing).
Metals commonly tested using inspection penetrants include
aluminum, magnesium, steel, copper, stainless steel, brass, bronze
and titanium. Penetrant testing is portable, inexpensive
and relatively quick to perform.

TRACER
Used in the shot peen process to ensure that no part of the metal
has been missed. Meets the requirements of MIL-S-13165 and
General Electric Engine Division Specification D50TF9 Class A.

PERFORMANCE
SYNTHETIC
LUBRICANT
Sinks into the pores of metal. Very
little is required. It creates a thin film which tends to uproot
corrosion or contaminants. It bonds itself to the surface of the
metal through physical adsorption reducing surface tension. Cleans
away rust and contamination. Does not attract lint or dust. Has a
wide temperature range. Withstands extreme pressure.
